MPVI Video Quality Scorecard
Use this when reviewing a technician's MPVI video. Score each behavior 1–5. Total updates automatically. Print clean copies for documented coaching. Designed for weekly video reviews — one per tech per week is the minimum to drive improvement.
How to use: Watch one video start to finish. Score each category. Use notes for specific coaching. Review with the tech within 48 hours — videos a week old don't coach well.
